As of January 1, 2024, Henry County Jail Room & Board is $40 per day. Once the case has been closed the defendant will be invoiced for their entire incarceration. Payment plans may be made by contacting the Civil Office at 319-385-4652.

Failure to pay may result in a small claims action against the defendant.

Room and Board Payments may be made in person, via mail, or online. If mailing payment, ensure you notate the case number.
