Naturalist-Conservation Technician - Job Posting

Henry County Conservation Henry County is seeking a full-time Naturalist/Conservation Technician position.

This two-part position will include assisting the Head Naturalist in organizing, developing, and presenting a quality environmental educational program for the residents of Henry County, as well as assisting in the development and promotion of the department through its website and social media pages.

This position will also assist with park maintenance as needed.

Graduation from college, with a minimum of a two-year degree in a related field of study, AND one-year experience in professional conservation, education,

or natural science work or an equivalent combination of education and experience recommended. Salary shall be negotiable depending on background and experience. Henry County also offers a generous benefit package.

Henry County Public Health Nurse

The Henry County Board of Health is seeking a full-time Public Health Nurse.

The Public Health Nurse will assist the Public Health Director in carrying out the essential public health functions through assessment, policy development, and assurance.

The duties include providing care to the client in the health care continuum, educating clients and families, and providing community education.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with at least 2-years of experience in public health or a public health related field.

Licensed Practical Nurses will be considered. New and recent graduates will also be considered.

Salary shall be commensurate with experience and Henry County offers a generous benefit package.
